INFERTILITY
A Good News For Orphans Or Bad News For Couples.
Infertility as most of us are well aware of is inability to conceive
child despite many attempts. What we usually think,when we hear the term infertility is a sad couple unable to have
children but did we ever consider it as happy little faces of children without
mother and father? Did we ever consider infertility as an opportunity for those children who can get
the love of mother, father and all other dear relations?
Maybe your answer is “No”. We don’t.
Maybe Because of simple human nature of selfishness, of having their own blood rather than adopting someone’s else blood.
There are more than 1 million cases of infertility in India per
year that means more than 1 million orphans can get a new family but
instead couples think it's better to go for-
• IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)
As its name is stating it is a process/ technique of fertilization and gestational
surrogacy where egg from mother and sperm from father or donor is artificially combined in a laboratory dish.
The embryo formed after successful fertilization is then transferred to the uterus.
The success rate ranges from 40% to 45% under 35 to 15% or less for women over 42.
The cost ranges from $10,000 in USA to ₹2,50,000 – 4,50,000 in India.
• GIFT (Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer)
• IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)
As its name is stating it is a process/ technique of fertilization and gestational
surrogacy where egg from mother and sperm from father or donor is artificially combined in a laboratory dish.

Sounding as simple as its full form dictates this process involves several complex steps where eggs and sperms are mixed in an artificial environment and then quickly transferred into Fallopian tube for fertilization and further process which takes naturally. Though it is one of the most precise process and highest ranging process as well.
It costs from $15,000- $20,000 in USA to ₹10.5 lac to ₹14.5 lac in
India.
• IUI (Intra Uterine
Insemination)
It is a technique involving direct injecting sperms into the uterus for quick
start and increase in fertilization rate. Its is mainly used to increase the
number of sperms that reaches the Fallopian tube and increase the chances of
fertilization.
Its costs $865 in USA to ₹3000- ₹10,000 in India.

• ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
This technique is very refined process where a sperm is picked with fined glass needle and is injected directly into each egg. It is carried out very precisely and under experts embryologists.
Though it does not ensure pregnancy because fertilization has to be taking place in natural condition still its success rate is one of the highest from 50%- 80%.
• Surrogacy
As we all know it is a legal arrangement where a woman agrees to be a surrogate mother i.e. become pregnant and Carry the child till Pregnancy period. Giving birth to eventually give it to other person who ultimately becomes parent of the new born child.

Though adopting is a long time taking process but it ensures you parenthood
with additional bonus of bringing and giving an unknown child your name and
bringing him/her under your love for which all infertile couples are struggling
and thinking about so many processes .
Its not an easy job to go through this process but it is much more satisfying to fight for that one little smile which is waiting for you to bring it on.
Infertility is not a problem of a couple, It is a road for an anonymous child to be no more anonymous .
